Method of preparing the fish with the Chilean 

sauce: 1. Cut the fish into small pieces. 2. Prepare a mixture of corn flour, white flour, baking powder, soy sauce, celery, ground pepper, salt and water. Put the fish in the mixture, put it in the oil on the fire, wait until it turns golden, then take it out on a plate and leave it aside.
Preparation of the sauce: 1. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pot on the fire. 2. Mix the garlic, ginger, red pepper, soy sauce and tomato sauce together. 3. Put the mixture on the hot oil. 4. Add the flour after mixing it with water to the previous ingredients, And mix well until it starts to boil. 5. Remove the mixture from the fire. 6. Pour the sauce over the fried fish and mix well. You can decorate the dish with pieces of onions and green peppers.
