The way a hamburger works at home



Burgers

Burgers are one of the most popular fast food choices for a large group of people, especially children and university students, and it is tasty and can be served alongside various antipasti such as fried potatoes and Caesar salad. Many people buy it from restaurants and shops, but it can be prepared at home and with better quality. There are several ways to prepare burgers.

 How burgers work at home

Meat Burger

Ingredients: Half a kilogram of fine finely chopped meat. an egg. Half a piece of finely chopped onion. Half a tablespoon of garlic powder. Forty grams of crushed shellfish. Half a teaspoon of: black pepper, salt. Large tablespoon of: vegetable oil, ruschetter sauce. Two teaspoons of paprika sauce.
 How to prepare:

 Mix the onions, the meat, the squash, the paprika sauce, and the rouschette sauce in a bowl. Add the black pepper, garlic powder, salt and mix until the ingredients are homogenized, then cover the mixture with a nylon bag, and put it in the refrigerator for about half an hour until it holds together. Remove the mixture from the refrigerator, then grate it in medium size, then put it in a tray and set aside. Heat the oil in a saucepan, then add the burger and leave it for 5 minutes or until it turns red.

Chicken burger

 Ingredients: 2 pieces of chicken fillets, cut into small pieces. Finely chopped onion. Two pieces of zucchini are cut into small pieces - as desired. Six teaspoons of ketchup. A teaspoon of salt, black pepper. Half a teaspoon of: onion powder, garlic powder. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.

How to prepare:

Mix zucchini, chicken, onion, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, in addition to ketchup in the electric mixer. Pour the mixture in a bowl, then put it in the refrigerator for half an hour or until it holds together. Remove the mixture from the refrigerator, then set it to medium balls, then leave it aside. Pour the oil in a pan on the fire, add the burgers and leave for five minutes or turn red.


Burger of lentils

Ingredients: Two hundred grams of mature brown lentils, and mashed. Finely chopped onion. Two slices of garlic. Four teaspoons finely chopped parsley. Carrot carrots. A quarter cup of ground shrimps can be replaced with oatmeal. Chips of: Chita, warm paprika, cumin and black pepper. Half a tablespoon of salt or - as needed. Eight tablespoons of vegetable oil. Half a cup of white flour.


How to prepare:

Half the amount of oil in a wide skillet over the fire, then add half the amount of salt and onion and stir them. Add the carrots, garlic and stir for five minutes or until the carrots fade. Add lentils, cumin, paprika, parsley, black pepper, and squash and stir them. Leave the mixture on low heat for five minutes or until it is cooked. Remove the mixture from the fire, leave it to cool, and then form it in the form of medium balls. Roll the burgers into the flour, then put them in the refrigerator for an hour or until they hold together. Pour the remaining amount of oil in a saucepan, then add the burgers and leave for five minutes or turn brown.
