Green beans with onion and bashamel

How to prepare

Heat the oven and cook the onions in vegetable oil in a large pan of cast iron on medium heat until it becomes golden color and then stir with the addition of vinegar Balsmik and cook for an additional minute and then lift the ingredients from the fire.

Meanwhile, cook the green beans in a large saucepan filled with boiled water until soft, but before it is fully cooked. Drain and mix with the onions. Bring the sauce with Maggie's balsamic mix with the skimmed milk. Cook over medium heat until slightly thick.

Mix the beans and onions, sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs. Cook in a preheated oven for 20 minutes until the surface becomes golden. Then, remove from the oven, sprinkle with fried onions and serve with grilled chicken slices.
