Low-calorie tacos

Low-calorie tacos
- Veal: 400 grams (minced and skimmed)
- Red beans: a cup
- Tomato: 4 pieces (chopped)
- lettuce: 5 leaves (washed and cut)
- Cheese kashkawan: quarter cup (low-fat marinated)
- Green onion: Oud (soft section)
- Tacos: half a teaspoon
- Garlic powder: 1/4 teaspoon
- Celery powder: half a teaspoon
- Ketchup: 2 tbsp
- Sugar: 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil: a large spoon
- White vinegar: 3 tbsp
- Brick: 250 grams (free-fat)
- Milk: 500 grams (skimmed)
- Hot Green Pepper: Century
- Tortilla flakes: as desired (for decoration)
How to prepare low calorie tacos for diet

1. Add the olive oil to the meat and cook on the fire.

2. After cooking well add to the meat green onion, tacos, garlic powder, celery powder, ketchup, sugar, vinegar and red beans and keep on fire for a minute.

3. Add the lettuce in the serving dish and add the mixture of meat, tomatoes, cheese, and tortilla chips.

4. Mix the yogurt and yogurt together and serve with the salad.
